To-day being Constitution Day, celebrate ie twentieth anniver-Prince Ito gave grand festivities to sary of the establishment of Japan's Constitution, in the drafting of which Prince Ito played the Ube FE. Derad and %. C. & C. Geszette. principal part; and in memory of his own entry into his new residence near Tokio which was once part of an Imperial palace, where the Emperor listened to the deliberations on the drawing up of the Constitution.
