To the Editor of the "Nortu-Cuiwa Dany Sin,—It has not been possible to get in touch with all who are interested in the formation of a Presbyterian Church in Shanghai, consequently I fear some have not received the circular-letter recently issued, and to any thus inadvertently omitted I shall be happy to forward a copy, on application to me at 119 Szechuen Road.
