Three women today were preparing to make non-stop solo fights across the Atlantic Ocean ito points in Europe. They are Mrs. Geraldine Lofredo, the wife of a photographer of Buffalo, New York; Miss Laura Ingalls," whose plane is now being tested at Bennett Field; and Miss Ruth Nichols, well-known aviatrix, who has re-[covered from the injuries suffered when she cracked up last month at St. Johns, Newfoundland, There ig a possibility that all three women may start at about the same time, thus making a [three-cornered race for the trans Aulantic flight honours for ay trixes.
