Following the meeting at: the Stock Exchange extraordinary general mee! ing of the members of the} Shanghai Shareholders Association took place and was unanimously decideil {that the Sharebrokers A' sociation should go inia voluntary liquidation to] enable the association to} amalgamate with the Stock; Exchange.
