at Shanghai dated the 8th day of October 1929 confirming the reduc tion ofy the capital of the above named Company from Tls. 4,177,500 to Tls. 2,785,000 and the 'Minute (approved by' the Court) showing with respect to the Capital of the Company as altered the prescribed Particulars were registered by the gistrar of Companies on the 8th lay of Octobier 1929 AND FUR-THER TAKE NOTICE that the exid Minute is in the words and Sgures following:—"The Capital of the Shanghai Dock & Engineering Company." Limited and Reduced Henceforth fs Tis, 2,786,000 divided into 55,700 shares of Tis, 50 each vedueed from Tis, 4,177,600 divided into 65,700 shares of Tls. 75 each, At the' time of the registration of this Minute the sum of Tls. 50 is to be deemed to be paid upon 55,200 of the said shares the remaining 500 shares not having been issued er paid for nothing is to be deemded to be paid up thereon."
