An appeal of three convicts serving life sentences for attempted murder and a reopening of a dispute over a $120,000 real estate deal were the two cases taken up yesterday when the British Supreme Court convened its semi-annual Full Court to hear appellants from the lower bench.
Judge Sir Allan Mossop presided with Judge P. Grant Jones of the 1 local "court and Judge Puisne of Hongkong beside him.
Judge Puisne would easily have been the oldest resident in Hongkong if there had not been so many of him ju succession.
