In view of the growing frequency of cases of poaching by foreign, particularly Japanese, fishing boa's in China's territorial waters, the mistry of Agricultare and Mininz, in a communication to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs suggests that tke limits of China's territorial waters should be definitely fixer and foreign Governments officially notified.
