Notice 1S HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors have this day "declared an Interim Dividend on account of the year ending January 31, 1938. of 2 Chinese Dollar cents per share payable on September 21, 1937, to. Shareholders on record on that date.
The Transfer Books and Share Register of the Company will be closed from September 15 to September 21, 1937, both days inclusive.
Shareholders are requested to notify the General Managers promptly of any change of address that may have taken place since the last dividend, Dividend Warrants for Chinese Shareholders will be retained in our Office and may be had on application at any time during ordinary office hours, By Order of the Board of Directors, J, A.
