ALLOWING his formal installation as supreme Nationalist leader, General Francisco Franco is. reported to have established new headquarters at Talavera, 45 miles from Toledo, where he is rapidly assembling troops to attack Madrid. According to an insurgent broadcast, 150,000 troops and 159 bombers, in addition to cavalry and artillery, will be employed in the assault on tHe capital.
For the past three days 12,000 Moorish troops are stated. to have been transported across. the Straits Gibraltar to. General Franco's Madeid army and-more are still arriving.
In order to cater to the religious devotions of the Moors and. in recognition of their assistance, it is reported that the insurgents intend fo authorize the practice of the Mohammedan religion in the famous Mosque at Cordoba, the ancient Moorish capital of Spain.
