The annual general meeting of the St. David's. Society of Shanghai was held on December 8 at the aco Hotel, Mr. Eric Davies, the retiring President, being in' the chair, supported by Mr. 0.G.R. Beynon (Hon. Secretary) and Mr. H, F, Prytherch (Hon, Treasurer).
As the result of the elections held the following officers have been. chosen for the year 1930-1931: President, Mr. K. E. Newman: _Vice-President, Capt. J. Barry E Hon. Treasurer, Mr. H. F. James.
