In retaliation for the alleged mistreatment of Soviet citizens in Man-hull, the Molotov Railway Administration may slop its trains from coming into the Manchurian city to connect with the North Manchuria Railway on or about May 1, the Kokutsu News Agency reported to-ay, 4 This would force persons intending fo travel from China and Japan to Europe by way of Siberia to proceed by way of Vladivostok. Tt would also cctuse a suspension of the present fast trans-Siberian mall service, the news agency said.
