Spurred on py agitators, 300 coolies at the China Soap Company factory, 2310 Yangtszepoo Road, rioted yesterday afternoon and fought a handful of police from the Yangtszepoo Station, injuring three foreign policemen and three Chinese constables with pieces of concrete. Ironically, the disturbance followed the announcement that a general increase and various other benefits had been granted the workers from London, The men wanted still more!
