Co.'s Pootung Wharf. Consignees are requested to Bremen and Hamburg through cargo for Shanghai sent in their Bills of Ladi ing for countersignature and ex s.s. Nixe, Optima, Lumme, Strauss, Orla, Kong take immediate delivery of their cargo. All risk of Frode, Ida Clausen, Stockholm, Irmgard, E. Russ, fire at the wharf and godowns is te be borne by Erna, Martha/Koenigsberg, Jelo, Sirius, Johanna and Consignees. Any claims against this vessel must be sent in within fifteen (15) days after vessel's arrival, otherwise they will not be recognized. Examination of broken and ship-damaged cargo will be held at the Shanghai'and Hongkew Wharf Co.'s Pootung Wharf on July 10, 1937, at 9 am., when Messrs. Paulsen & Bayes-Davy will be in attendance.
