America's leading bridge team were dissolved. to-day when Mrs. Culbertson, formerly Miss Josephine Murphy. was granted a divorce from her hi band on the ground of mental cruelty.
Mr. Ely Culbertson first met his wife, an authority on bridge and associate editor of the "Bridge World while playing cards at Whist Club in ud a few months on June, they were ried.
