Former British Champion Outboxes Rival

The London-Hebrew, who gained a large number of partisans in early 1930's here because of his daring two-fisted' offensive tactics, stil proved a capable fighter despite his $2 years and a decade in the ring.

He clearly outboxed Pimpinella, a second-rate welterweight, but Berg's victory to-night in his opening bout of a new United States campaign will probably result in him being matched against better material it. coming weeks, The London scrapper weighed 145 and the American-Italian 148.—United Press.
