A bill to complete the organization of strength of the nation im time of war will be the subject of a debate in the Chamber of Deputies to-morrow The measure provides for mobilization of the fighting fore by ce-operation with the civil an military authorities, under a single war command, and the m tion of industry, under a specially-appointed Minister of Mobilization, for defence against aircraft.
The underlying principles of the bill are that everything and everybody must aid in the defence of the nation, and that war must not be a source of profits.—Reuter.
