Stock prices in Wall Street to-day declined from fractions to about four points in a very slow session of trading, Operators were awaiting President Roosevelt's Constitution Day address. Steels reflected the likely drop in mill activity, while metal issues reflected the lower commodity price abroad, Messrs. Dun Bradstreet estimated that retail trade for this week was from 8 to 20 per cent, over that of the corresponding period last year. The turnover amounted to 810,000 shares.—Reuter.
