To be Consulted Marquis Kido Conveying Tokyo Cabinet's Views to Prince Saionji Tokyo, Apr. 16.
Marquis Koichi Kido, Minister of Education, left here today for Osaka en route to Okitsu to deliver the Cabinets views to Prince Kimmochi Saionji, Japan's last elder statesman.
Marquis Kido, who is known as "the man Friday" of Prince Konoye, the Premier, has been despatched to Okitsu by his political chief. He was reported to have taken with him comprehensive measures drawn up bx the Premier to cope with the political repercussions of the Sino-Japanese hostilities.
