According to reports received from Vladivostok, Japanese militarists have concealed "from the Japanese pub-Tic, the flight of eleven -Japanese over the Soviet territory' on April 11 and the detention of one of them by Sovletfrontier authorities.
The Japanese Ministry for Foreiga Affairs up to now conceals from the Japanese public the proposal of the Soviet Government to the Japanese Government regarding a mutual settlement of concrete claims which was reported by Tass in its message of "April 5 about the interview between M. Maxim Litvinov, Soviet Foreign Commissioner, and Mr. Mamoru' Shigemitsu, Japanese Amleassador in Moscow.
