owing to the present hostilities it is impossible to discharge the above vessel at Shanghai. The ins, "Knute Nelson" will therefore discharge her Shanghai and transhipment cargo via Shanghai at Manila at consignees' sole risk and expense, whereby all the obligations of the vessel, her Owners, Master, and Agents, will be fulfilled' in accordance with the terms of the Company's Bill of Lading.
Consignes should therefore apply for delivery of their cargo to the Company's Agents at Manila: Messrs. Compania General de Tabacos de Filipinas.
