'The letter to Japan from the Powers represented at' the Brussels Conter-fence has' been finally approved and copy was handed to the Japanese Embassy here this afternoon.
The full sext has been cabled to the Belgian Embassy in Tokyo and will not be published until it, has been received by the Japanese Gov-night, but neither proposed any essential modification "The drafting committee, which met 9.15 this morning, was therefore able to reach a speedy agreement on the final terms, Meanwhile, the Conference has agreed to meet again next Tuesday. The week-end will be devoted to dis cussion of questions of procedure, notably the composition of the subcommittee which will eventually make contact with China and Japan.
