Two groups of ex-servicemen will leave here over the week-end to comfort Japanese troops in North and Central China. Headed by Lt,-Gen. Rokuichi Koizumi, LJ.A.R., Vice-President of the Ex-Servicemen's Association, a group of twelve will leave here on Jan. 22, while a party of fifteen, headed by It-Gen. Jisuke Shinoda, Chairman of the. Associa tion's Board of Directors, will start ys later—Domei, Helliopolis. at which she authorized her father tog act on her behalf Farida, immediately after the signing of the contract, drove to the Palace. In accordance with tradition, she will not be seen in public, but will hold a reception for Princesses and other ladies of the Court on national holiday:
