One hundred and twenty public organizations which claim a total membership of 1,400,000 people in Tientsin have despatched a circular telegram, repudiating the "Provisional Government" in Peiping, according to a Chinese message.

The organizations, representing agricultural, industrial, commercial and educational circles in the northern city, have sent copies of the telegram to the Central Government authorities in Hankow.

The circular asks the Government to intensify its resistance campaign against the Japanese. It was appended with a copy of manifesto exposing ihe bogus nature of the new regime. The manifesto was recently addressed to foreign consular authorities in Tientsin, according to the Chinese report.
