Patrons of the Maskee Bar, where he appears every night A Command Show Of "Charlie Chan"
"Charlie Chan" won a ne distinction this week.
At Sandringham the King and Queen of Great Britain attended a command performance of "Charlie Chan on Broadway."
It was, of course, a private showing.
Also, it was the first time that "Charlie Chan" has been honoured by a command performance, which reflects the popularity of the series in the British Isles.
