The action brought by Capt, A. S. Cunningham-Reid, MP. for St. Marylebone, against his wife, the Hon. Mrs. Cunningham-Reid, was settled on January 28, in its fourth day before Mr. Justice Crossman in U.S. the Chancery Court, states the "Daily Telegraph and Morning Post."
Following consultations between counsel which lasted nearly an hour, Sir Patrick Hastings. K.C., for Mrs. Cunningham-Reid, announced the settlement in a crowded court. He asked Mr. Justice Crossman for an order that all proceedings should be stayed.
Capt. Cunningham-Reid sat next to his mother in the front of the court. Mrs. Cunningham-Reid was not present.
