The much discussed reorganisation lof the Kiangsu Provincial Govern- 0 nent became a reality to-day with the formal appointment of Mr. Chen Kuo-fu, a member. of the Central Executive Committee, as chairman. Gen. Kuo Chu-tung, the retiring chairman, was appointed commander-in-chief of the bandit suppression, forces in Honan, Hupeh, Hunan, Kiangsi, and Anhui. Other members of the new Government arei—Mr, Ku Jen-fah, commissioner of civil-altairs; Mr. Shen Po-hsien, commissioner of reconstruction; Mr. Chao Li-hua, commissioner' finance; Mr. Chen Tien-fan, seelcretary-general; Mr, Chow Fi commissioner of education; Messrs. Vu Chin-tang, Lo Liang-chien and Wang Po-lin-—Reuter.
