King Carol of Rumania will be received here on an official visit on November 15 and will stay in London for three days, it was announced here today.
Competent quarters do not know, however, whether the visiting sovereign might extend his sojourn in Britain for holding diplomatic conversations. The final decision depends upon the international situation at ihe time.
King Carol's trip here was previously planned for March, but was postponed because of international events.

Brings Capacity Crowd
The Chinese group of society girl and expert musicians under the leadership of Mrs. Ernest Tong, wife of {he secretary to General Wu Te chen, Governor of Kwangtung Province, presented their first American performance tonight in the fashionable Wilshire-Bell Theatre.
Their presentation, entitled, "An Evening.in Cathay," was well received by both the audience and press critics, The critics praised the Chinese girls and men for their fine dancing and music played on age-old Chinese instruments, many of which were viewed by Americans for the first time.
The performance was attended by a capacity crowd. The cream of local society was present, while Chinese representatives of the local C ines community and San Fri ncisco's Chinatown were also on d to boc the: debut of this trouble of their countrymen and women.
The Tong group is staging performances for raising funds for war relief work in China.—United Pres:
Considerable importance is attached here to the fact that the visit is taking place now when Rumania faces the choice of a policy of opposition to German expansion in Central Europe or one of rapprochement with the Reich.
King Carol will be accompanied on his visit by the Foreign Minister M. Petrescu Comnene, and by either the Commerce Minister or some economic experts, as etiquette demands.—Havas.
