Before adjourning sine die today, the General Commission of the Disarmament Conference set up a committee to consider the question of regional security agreements in Europe, in accordance with the three-Power compromise resolution adopted last Frida The meeting elected representatives of all the European States members of the committee) which will be known as the Security Commission. Hungary and Italy, however, made reservations to the effect that they would act only as observers.
