Sassoon Ca, Ltd., Sassoon House, Shanghai, on Monday, January 23, 1939, at 4 p.m. for the purpose of receiving the Directors' Report and Statement of Accounts for the year ended Decem-ler 31, 1938. approving the declara-non of a dividend, electing Directors, appointing Auditors to the Company. ard to transact any other ordinary business which may be brought before the Meeting.
