Sensational revelations have followed the arrest by the British police here to-day of a gang of kidnappers and the discovery of the bodies of 'According' to the investigations of the police, who subsequently unearthed (en more bodies, it appears that the gang had been operating in Tientsin and Peiping for over two yeas. In every ease the desperadoes, before communicating their demands for ransom {o the parents or relatives of the captives, brutally. strangled their victims.
