Tokyo, June 26.
The Weather Bureau announced here tonight that the typhoon which crossed the Bonin Islands and was expected to hit Tokyo was still churning over the ocean near the Bonin Islands. The typhoon was said to be moving slowly north-west-ard and was not expected to hit Tokyo unless it took another change of course.
