Sixteen admirals, including Vice Admiral S. Imamura, who last year commanded the Third Fleet stationed in Chinese waters, will be retired at, the end of March under orders to issued by Admiral ©. Nagano, Minister of Navy, on. Saturday. Preparatory advices to'all officers affected were issued this morning by the Navy Ministry.
