From the beginning of Apri! Captain P, I. Tirbak, former Harbour Master at Tientsin, will be Harbour Master in Shanghai, replacing Captain E, B, Green, who will go' to 'Thentsin in place' of Captain Tirbak. Other changes that will take place In the Harbour Office, also effective from the beginning of April, will the transfer of Captain B. Lukhmanoff to Canton as Acting Assistant. Captain Green has been in the Customs for fifteen years and has been in service here twice, and dur~ ing 1926 to 1930 was in Tientsin, the post to which he 1s now going. Ceptain Tirbak has also been Shanghai before, as well asin Canton and Tientsin, Capt, Lukhmen off has been in Canton' on two other occasions.
