There is considerable speculation in [local Chinese circles concerning the recent visit of General Doihara, head jot the Japanese military mission in /Manchuris, to Kalgan.
General Doihara arrived in Kalgan Jtrom Jehol by aeroplane last Wednesday evening and returned to Chengte fon Friday.
