And so, while we have been welling upon the direct benefits which the Institute has to confer upon China, we come to realize thut benefits conferred upon or offered to China are benefits offered to our selves, for the health, wealth and happiness of one portion of the globe must go to build up the health, wealth and happiness of the whole world,
