It was locally learnt that the Tloilo earlyed in Hongkong from Manila some time ago and was purchased Jast week by the Moller Company. The ship has never called at Shang-hal yet but was loading for this port when the fire broke out andthe ship's stocks of fuel oil were destroyed together with some of the superstructure, The latest advice received stated that the damage was not 20 serious as was at first feared and that the crew were all safe and unhurt, time being.
Each of the three provinces will have a high court. In Kiangsu it will be established in Soochow with a branch in Nanking. In Chekiang will be in Hangchow, while in Anhwei it will be in Pengou with a branch in Wuhu.
