Shippers and consignees are hereby notified that owing to the present] abnormal conditions existing Shanghai, all vessels of this Company for the above-mentioned services wil! emit calling at Shanghai until further notice.
Cargoes for delivery at this port and/or transhipment will be discharged at ports or places of safety, at the risk and expense of the shippers and/or consignees, whereby all the obligations of the vessels, their Owners, Masters, and Agents will be fulfilled in accordance with the term: of the Company's Bill of Lading. Consignees should therefore apply for delivery of their cargo to the Company's agents at the port of discharge, of which the consignees will) be informed on request, as soon as it} is known, to this office.
