The water transport committee is concentrating upon the work of bringing any kind of goods across the river. The medical supplies committee will relieve the central medical authorities of anxiety respecting the maintenance and distribution of all the essential requisites for medical work.
Now that the evacuation of Chinese refugees is taking practical shape, a committee is being formed to supervise the hundred and one details connected with transportation. This committee will help to ce-ordinate the work being done by Chinese organizations, Chinese benevolent institutions and many others.
