Polish Hold Minority City

Morawska Ostrawa, Oct. 10.

Polish troops entered today the city of Orlova, where the population includes approximately 1,000° Poles and 7,000 Czechs.

The forces of occupation were preceded by a car bearing a white flag and carrying one Czech and one Polish officer, whose caps were adorned with white ribbon.

The crowd massed in the streets cheered the Czech officer enthusiastic cally, and then silently watched the march past of the Polish motorized units. Only Poles in the throng threw flowers at their countrymen soldiers.—Havas.
