Oslo, Oct. 21.
Control officer of the Non-Intervention Committee, Mr. Jacobsen, Norwegian, disappeared today while en route to London, end, according to. his wife, he is now in a German concentration camp.
Mr. Jacobsen; a merchant marine officer by profession, was arrested near Osnabruck, the Norwegian Consulate at Hamburg reported today.
He was taken into custody after a dispute with German officials who demanded that he make an extra payment for hiş train trip in a class higher than the one shown on his ticket. The case was brought up in court and the prosecuting attorney demanded a sentence of one month in jail.
