Completely Misunderstood

The practice which some potions t have adopted of sending unconscious humourist abroad to represent them in consular capacities does not always have the happiest results. Thus the Japanese Consul-General in New York has been doing some fancy talking "But if anyone thinks the trouble was made by the Japanese alone for the object of conquest, he is entirely mistaken", That's what we have always contended. If people would only follow intelligently what we have written in this column they would realize that the present incident is for the Sole purpose of endeavouring to persuade China to take Manchoukuo back.
