Herr Joschin von Ribbentrop, German Foreign Minister, will arrive here on Tuesday for the signature of a "no-war" declaration between France and Germany.
The opening ceremony will take place in the afternoon, after which Herr von Ribbentrop will be the guest of the French Premier, M. Edouard Daladier, at luncheon. and of the French Foreign Minister, M. Georges Bonnet, at dinner.
On Wednesday there will be a dinner &t the German Embassy, and the German Minister will return to Ger: many the next day.—Reuter.
