Huge Ticket Demand For Match In January Berlin, Oct. 21
The demand for tickets for the bout between Schmeling and the South African heavyweight Ben Foord which will take place on January 3, 1938, at the largest indoor arena in Hamburg, is so great that ringside seats are practically sold out although 100 Marks are charged per ticket and although the-contract was only signed on Tuesday.
Before the bout with Schmeling, Foord will fight against Walter Neusel in England in November.—Trans-Ocean.
