Upon their arrival they were given a warm reception by Mr, Tatsuichiro Funatsu, managing-director of the Japanese Cotton Millowners Association in China, Mr. Masaii Yoshida and Mr. Akiji Nishikawa, respective ly President and Vice-President of the Shanghai Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry told the "United News" that they were dispatched by the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry to exsre: their deep appreciation of the efforts made by the Japanese Army.
