Ottawa, Jan. 18 A resolution in the Commons, introduced by Mr. La Croix, -Liberal, of Quebec, proposed that Canada's mame be changed from the "Dominion" to the "Kingdom" of Canada.
It also proposed that the Governor-General's title be changed to that of "Viceroy"; that the Viceroy be Can: dian born; and that legislation be adopted to provide a Royal Great Seal for the Kingdom of Canada, and a Royal Signet, to be vested in the custody of the Prime Minister—
