What virtually amount to supplementary estimates totalling £3,000,000 were introduced in the Chamber of Deputies to-day, They relate to the 1937 Budget, and include £750,000 for national defence on account of increased prices and ihe measures taken in connection with the situation in the Mediterranean and the Far East.
