Peiping, Dec. 11.
The charter for the China Airways Company, a semi-official firm which will monopolize the aviation business in Japanese-occupied areas in China, was approved yesterday by the Peiping "Provisional Government," the new Nanking Government and the Federated Autonomy Government of Mongolia.
A capital of Y.50,000,000 was listed by the company of this amount Y.12,- 500000 is cash. The company was granted the right to issue debentures amounting to Y.25,000,000. Redemption of the bonds was guaranteed by the governments concerned.
