A claim for rental and for posses sion of premises occupied by an Indian tenant brought by the China Really Ca. in H. M. Supreme Court yesterday morning was granted by Sudge Sir Allan Mossop.
Represented by Mr. J. B. Davies, the China Realty Ca. claimed from Waryham Singh rental of premises at 107 Park Road, Shang. hai, for the months of July to December 1999, both inclusive at tht rate of $75.90 a month, amounting to. $45540, with costs, and for an. order requiring defendant to give plaintitr immediate vacant possession of the said premises.
Defendant was ordered to vacate the" premises" by January 31,1940) and was ordered to pay $25.25 court fees and $45 costs.
