Count Ciano is expected to visit Budapest in April or May, according to budapest radio.
Pant radio. says that M. Viacheslav Molotov, Soviet Foreign Commissar, is expected to visit Berlin shortly to return the visit to Moscow "Rumours alleging that Italy and Hungary have concluded an alliance directed against Germany and Russia are absurd," British political quar-ise stated outright this evening. It is most improbable, they pointed out, that the two Foreign Ministers should have concluded a definite agreement covering Soviet aggression. Moreover, when and if such an agreement materializes, it is unlikely in the extreme thet it should cover German aggression, too, for Italy is not prepared to take an openly anti-German stand.—Havas.
