No definite news has been received in London on the full bearing of the new measure enacted in Rumania on the subject of the control and coordination of oil production and reting, writes Reuter's Diplomatic correspondent.
If it is proved that Rumania has adopted this method to give Germany an immoderately large portion of Rumanian oil supplies, he adds, it is manifest that Britain and France cannot be expected to continue their present policy of supplying raw materials and other products which Rumania at present draws from the Allies—Reuter.
